Had a delivery to make. The staff is nice and helpful and explains the procedures to clients who want to send or receive goods. The waiting area is clean, tidy and gives you a welcoming feeling. The reception looks like an office building not like the usual dull looking receptions. Few seats available with small desk.

The only Air Cargo Reception in the whole of LHR Shoreham Road with all leather seat chairs, and massive 90" Samsung TV launch like Reception. No Toilet facilities and No coffee machine, otherwise Air Canada Cargo Reception deserves 5****Stars.

Double check you have all correct documents before lodging exports, make additional air waybill copies don't go there if you only have one copy.
99.9% of the staff are courteous and professional. Efficient service( something a certain flag bearing carrier can learn from). Not putting up notifications, to say to be courteous to their staff, to receive a good service. Air Canada, does this as standard.
