   Very rude managers. They Keep relying on their call centre in India when the call centre hasn't got a clue of what is going on here in the UK due to the BA staff not updating their systems at all. A word of advice... scrap that call centre and deal with things on your own instead of fobbing people off to the call centre just to bide yourself some time. They never pick up their phones. On the odd occasion that they do... they only are interested in how their number was obtained... when their own colleagues are the ones passing their numbers on. They keep loosing cargo for days on end and are not helpful in tackling a situation hands on. We will be contacting trading standards are these guys think that they can carry on with their abuse due to them thinking that they have a monopoly. Very disappointing. The staff at IAG Cargo including the managers should get proper training on how to deal with customers and logistics. The time will come where IAG cargo will be a thing of the past.

   HOW DO YOU STILL SURVIVING ON THE MARKET FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YOU ARE SO SLOW. HOPEFULLY DNATA WILL TAKE OVER YOUR BUSINESS ASAP 2 days later ... I am sitting in the reception trying to book in, one lady just left(shift change i think) another guy is sitting at the back on his phone, there is more staff behind the window but no one is serving customers, you have 5 drivers in the reception waiting. To the managers of this mess: please dress like a lorry driver one day rent a lorry and try to deliver something to BA cargo maybe then you will understand how bad this place is.
