   BE WARNED – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I arrived at 9:00 AM to process a T1 document. The staff told me to stay in my vehicle and wait for someone to come. After 4 hours of waiting, at 1:00 PM, I found out that a staff member had forgotten to take my documents, so the process hadn’t even started. When I went to ask what was going on, everyone seemed confused and surprised – nobody had taken any action, nobody had asked for my papers, and nobody cared. Zero respect, zero empathy, zero professionalism. To make matters worse, at the end they even blamed me. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

   Drop it, Hide it, Lose it. Went in to collect a machine, Staff not very helpful and was told to stand outside the shutter, ring the bell and wait for someone to attend. Even though the one who told me to wait outside was chatting to his colleague while doing f all. Eventually, after getting impatient, I held my finger on the button. This annoyed them however, I got assisted and done my collection. Note for the senior management, MANAGE YOUR STAFF!!! It's not rocket science.

   First time attending here to collect shipment with a friend, information was limited from entrance staff so ended up wasting around 30mins thinking someone would approach us. Finally decided to re approach the entrance staff to find out what to do and After things went slightly better i emphasise on slightly.

   Worst place to work on EU brexit customs floor - Hayes, London. Poor management, quite alot of inequality and discrimination done under the books, no interest taken in mental health, as well as management who can get away with making inappropriate comments towards females. Not recommended to work here

   Staff miserable and don't acknowledge you. Last time I was here to unload it took 4 hrs. All you do is wait wait wait , drivers get stressed as staff don't give a toss. Personally I'd sack the management as they clearly don't know how to manage. This firm is everything that's wrong in the industry.

   Terrible management. Every single time you have to deal with this guys you know you Gonna have to wait for hours, doesn’t matter if you have a box, a pallet or full load, you get to wait the same ages!!! Shouldn’t be allowed to function like this...
