   they order delivery to an EU country in such a way that they do not provide any papers for the goods (no documents, no invoice, nothing ) from 8 am until closing. you stand for a day, no one pays the fee for the position, but you are screwed, solve the transport at night, being awake 24 hours, because the package has to reach there by the next morning!!! the ferry check-in in Dover with crossing takes at least 6 hours!!! yes, that's it!!! this is a worthless useless and incorrect company!! take goods from England to another destination country without papers. wait until then!!! even if 0 points could be given, what they do is ugly!!! I would like to add this, this is an express freight order, which must be cleared by customs and delivered to the customer the next day innthe morning!!! the box is prepared, but there are no papers, and they are unable to prepare the documents and you wait 1 day for the express delivery... the attitude is disgusting. shame!!!! how can this company call itself a professional logistics transporter when it can't even do that!!!!
