    Great products however... Communication with customers is poor. Delivery was 2 days late, arrived in the wrong vehicle and not once did they contact me to tell me it was delayed. If you want good customer service go elsewhere.

    Literally the most unhelpful bloke behind the counter. I’ve edited this as I wanted to say the service from the guy in the yard was brilliant. The guy behind the counter however was rude, sarcastic, arrogant and incredibly unhelpful as other reviewers here have also pointed out. We won’t be back.

    I have used Chards recently and have nothing but good things to say. Customer service from all departments was exceptional. From ordering at the counter to taking delivery from the skillful (and careful) driver. Products were exactly as ordered and had no issues. Prices were reasonable and I managed to get everything I wanted in one place. I would mach rather support a local independent supplier. Keep up the good work !!
