I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Stand and Delivery, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their services. The driver and office staff's behavior was beyond rude and unprofessional, making this encounter one of the worst I've ever had with a pallet delivery company. I strongly advise anyone considering Stand and Delivery to think twice before entrusting them with your valuable items. Their rude driver and uncooperative office staff are simply not worth the headache and frustration. There are plenty of other reputable pallet delivery companies out there that value their customers and provide the level of service one would expect. Stand and Delivery, unfortunately, falls far short of meeting even the most basic standards of professionalism and respect
Of all the deliveries we have had recently this one has been by far the best for 2 simple reasons, a phonecall to announce that the van has arrived as opposed to the usual knock on the door and run away with or without leaving the delivery and the second reason, the delivery driver Mark, who was extremely polite, professional and above all helpful. Thank you Mark!
