   We had a terible experience with PML who doen't seem to know how to clear the goods ( Wine ) and issue and EAD / EMCS for a duty suspended transfer into a bonded warehouse. we strongly raccomend to use other custom clearance agents.

   HR is horrible. Full of attitude. Kindness Zero. Working area is unpleasant. What they just know very well is shouting on employees and bullying them. Slavery work in UK with exhaustive hard and heavy manual lifting work with only 20 min of unpaid break time. Long walking to clock out and clock in to break time which makes your rest time shorter. Only tables and benches in the staff area and of course a vendor machine, no kitchen staff, no cups for water, no cutlery. But too much demanding. Staff toilets for #1 or #2, you throw up first.

   Guys load fast but you got to load it yourself to the back of the trailer, not a lot room and usually only 1 trailer gets loaded/tipped at a time, place is a bit tight as the road is not a long one and PML lorries are parked up on the road, so 2-3 spaces on the road for waiting and upto 2 by the shutters
