   I've never left a review before but I feel they deserve a thankyou, I'm very pleased with the help and expertise I received at Huwsgrey in Malmesbury, I contacted there customer service who pointed me in the right direction to the product's I needed, on arrival the staff were all very helpful and couldn't do enough to help me, the customer service was excellent and they even helped me load my car and also arranged delivery for my large garden slabs to be delivered, the gentleman delivery driver was very polite and again his customer service was amazing, he carried them very carefully and left them in a safe position. I highly recommend Huwsgrey thankyou for all your help.

   I completely disagree with the other two reviews. I'm no builder, just a competent DIYer and have always had top service. If you ask for something they'll tell you where it is (or where to find it if they don't have it), they serve you promptly on the till and help you lift any heavy items to the car. Not sure what more you could ask for!

   Agree with the above review. Shockingly bad service. Waited around all day for a delivery scheduled for the morning. Rang twice to find out ETA. Customer service really needs addressing.
