   I had two shipments of items that was imported in to UK at two different ports and two different methods. Ryan Rai of Maina took control and managed them both. All necessary paper work for clearance, duty, haulage etc. was handled hassle free. It was a smooth experience no hassle for me at all. Delivery was spot on. Ryan was quick and responded very promptly to any queries I had. Very happy to deal with Maina and Ryan. Will certainly use them again in the future.

   The door to door sea freight service provided from Goa - India to the UK surpassed my expectation! The service was professional and efficient. Ryan Rai in the UK and his contact Nishant Shah in Goa worked well to ensure the overall process i.e. all relevant paper work was completed in a timely manner, the packing of the goods done with care and shipped with expected time line for delivery in the UK was coordinated. The delivery in the UK done efficiently and when I unpacked the boxes I was delighted there were no breakages of any fragile goods - credit to the team of the 4 packers in Goa.
