FRAUD ALERT!!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!They are the worst courier service. They lie to you for months on end that your parcel is in customs and later it is reported lost. No proof given to you and the parcel is never to be found. They do not refund a penny. Everyone collectively should take legal action. UK police, please look into this company.
Rainbow Logistics has proven to be trustworthy, the parcel was missing for quite sometime however the team managed to revive it and return to us. I would suggest to have a tracking service in place to ensure that the package is returned or delivered to give customers a peace of mind.
I wish I could rate this “company” 0 stars. They lost my parcel and then had the cheek to lie to me about the whereabouts of it. They would not give information about whereabouts of parcel and had no tracking number despite paying £££ for it. They would not return calls when they said they would and would not show evidence with their claims, lied about contacting dpd, I had to chase dpd up myself multiple times and call rainbow multiple times too. 100% sure they stole my parcel and sold the contents. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

They are very bad manner people I personally suggest you all please don't waste your money and time. Very bad service I have ever experienced Don't deal with them please Not good service They don't talk with customers and cut the call while we complaining. Very bad service If I can rate them less

Horrible .DO NOT USE THE . Staff members are bunch of liars. They false advertise everything, they charge you for flight courier service saying they will send it via flight and it will reach 10 to 15 days, which is a huge lie, when I called to track the parcel, I was told it takes 5 weeks. Which she argued with me that they informed me about this, lies again, and that its definitely gone via flight? Which services takes 6 weeks via flight ? I send sea cargo which reached in 4 weeks, and when I questioned it, she said they don't have sea cargo. For record ,its a lie as thier websit has sea cargo service. I am now 100%sure they charged for flight and send the parcel via sea cargo. All the products are now spoiled and total loss for me.
They misplaced my items worth around 150 pounds. And when my mother visited their office in UK to complain about it. They said they can't do anything now. And after they come to know I am mailing from India they even stopped replying to my mails also after few mails. I will never go for that irresponsible company rather I would pay little extra bugs for safety. As those were gifts my mom sent to family and we got fully packed package with misplaced or stolen goods.
