I honestly don't know how to put in exact words, the service is excellent and the owner is very helpful and friendly and knows his products well, I wasn't sure what products I need so I got my builder on the phone and he dealt with the builder over the phone without his presents and got the delivery on the day...

I've bought UPVC cladding from ADL twice. Both times the guy I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, didn't talk down to me, just said straight up what I needed and how much it would cost. Cheaper than other places I called for quote, and bothered to answer the phone. And they had it in stock. Can't ask for more than that really.
