Worst experience ever. I moved countries and shipped my things, initially I was told that they will deliver to my door, however in the end I needed to do cargo clearance with customs and pick up of it from the cargo storage myself ! When I approached them about it they hung up into my face and got super rude saying that door to door delivery would be an additional £350 whilst initially they said it was included. I’m really in shock how those people just want to rip you off and don’t give consistent quotations
Genuinely absolutely atrocious service I 100% do not recommend. They turned a two hour journey which was unnecessary because they couldn't take my method of payment into a five hour journey. My business will definitely be going elsewhere.

I have been using Arab Cargo for a move to the GCC from London. I have so many boxes and stuff to move given my large family. The Arab Cargo team has been awesome and super flexible to cater to my needs. From Siham in the front office (who has been phenomenal!) to Imad and Mohammed as the removal drivers, I am just extremely happy with their eagerness to help with my move. AVOID THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU AND WILL TAKE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS WITHOUT INFORMING YOU!!! If i could i would give them zero star for the horrible service and experience i had with this company. First they haven't informed me that my packages have arrived in the UAE from London while back in london when i have book the service with them they said it would be door to door service and after a long process and paying extra amounts for releasing my packages from storage just realised they have took 4 bottle of my perfumes from one of my luggage and labeled it as "content checked and security sealed" only with a tape without informing me that they had to opened my packages. Horrible horrible experience.
Really unprofessional and rude operational manager. Paid a significant amount of money for the cargo. The boxes were all squashed. A really nice Persian carpet was taped (not by me) to a fishing rod, which I originally supplied sepreately. The carpet is all wrinkled from the fishing rod marks. A printer is broken. I packaged my expensive suits in a cardboard box, but to find the box has shrunk and the suits are all ruined. Not to mention the 2 week delay.. I can show you the text message. Not even an apology.
