   Very friendly and helpful staff. Happened to be 5p per brick cheaper ( before VAT) than for the same bricks at Hartcliffe Way so will always try and purchase from the Fishponds branch in the future.

   Just been in to this branch for 12 / 14 packs of a reclaimed product and if anything for advice. From the moment I walked in I could clearly see the gentleman had 0 time for customers today. The whole experience of around 2 mins walking around the yard resulted in me challenging the gentleman around “ if he actually wanted / needed the business “ Rude , arrogant and over all such a negative experience

   Nice bricks but 80 quid delivery for 250 bricks for a 4 miles journey seems a bit pricey to say the least. Shame really.

   Absolutely hopeless. I can't think of a company I have had more trouble dealing with. After placing my order the wrong bricks were delivered- they argued with me and asked me to pay more before eventually admitting they were wrong. Two "end" bricks (for my wall) were apparently a "special" order costing £5 each!!! And then, when they arrived, after 3 phone calls chasing, they told me that they had arrived but were with the manufacturers and I needed to pick them up there (how was I to know that if I had not chased). And not one single apology along the way.

   Hi experience has been totally contrary to the one star review above. Their service was quick and efficient. I sent photographs which were sufficient for the company to recognise the break and tell me it was no longer made. The next day they turned up on site with a sample board of a brick which was virtually identical. I highly recommend them.

   My husband emailed them a picture of the type of brick we wanted. He had to chase them to get a response to his emails!! Then when he finally got the 'right' person to speak to, they said 'yes', we have this type of brick. So my husband, took the Saturday morning off from our day's plans and drove 20 miles to pick up the bricks, only to be told they didn't have them and they hadn't for a while!!! What kind of staff do these people have? Obviously people who hate their jobs and should not be employed. It was a waste of time, waste of effort and petrol. We are renovating a house and need many more types of products, we will never use these negligent, lazy people again. What a waste.
