*Zero stars for this company.* We carefully wrapped all our items in bubble wrap and even added clothes and hoodies between the boxes to protect them. Despite this, when the shipment arrived and we unpacked, we found that many kitchenware items and glass decorations had been shattered. We immediately sent them videos of the damage. When they called us, we requested compensation, only to be told we had to speak to an insurance company—something they had never mentioned before we booked. They broke so many of our belongings and refused to take responsibility for any of it. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend.
