   I am very disappointed with Eastlines. I sent two parcels that were carefully packed in strong W.E. Roberts boxes, but they arrived after 11 days and in a terrible condition, both boxes were crushed, torn, and clearly mishandled during transport. I contacted the company to file a complaint and request compensation. I hope they take responsibility and improve the way they handle customers’ parcels. Would not recommend based on this experience.

   Amazing service! Sent a lot of parcels from Romania to the UK, everything went super smooth every time. The team was really friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and kept me updated. Definitely recommend!

   Try any other company out there but this one. They used to be good, we used them many times over the last few years. The last couple of times when we sent bags to Romania, they got there completely destroyed, ripped. Perfumes were missing, new clothes are missing. Have a look at their reviews and their answers, you'll see they use every excuse in the book and it's never their fault. I will never use them again and for anyone's peace of mind just find someone else to send your package.

   Absolutely shocked by the service of this company. I have sent 2 new sofas purchased from abroad, quite pricey, when I asked about insurance, their answer was that all the packages are covered up to £500 only and cannot get extra Insurance. I’ve sent the packages anyway (stupid, I know) and they arrived ripped and with broken frame. When making a complaint, I was told the items were not packed right (although in the pictures I sent them it shows clearly that the sofa was ripped through the bubble wrap and box where it was held by some sort of belt during transportation. Moreover, the frame inside the sofa was cracked, obviously from being thrown around, no amount of packaging could have prevented that. And on top of everything else, they said that I didn’t declared the value of the sofas. There was no form to fill to declare the value of the package, although I did give them the receipts for them. Absolutely rubbish company, not taking responsibility for their mistakes and blaming everything on sender. And on top of everything else, when my items arrived, and I pointed to the driver the damage, he said to me Good luck making a claim. I have now opened a claim with ombudsman, hopefully I can get some justice. From what I can see, this company does this a lot, unbelievable that this is still allowed to happen in UK

   The worst services. I've sent 3 boxes (Cardboard boxes) and it arrived wet and destroyed. Is not the first time when arrived like this. So don't waste your money.

   Excellent services, very polite and supportive staff. I am sending parcels to Romania for more than 4 years, by using only this company and I never had a problem. They are ready to help even we are talking either the staff from the UK nor from Romania. They are reliable and trustful. It is a real pleasure to collaborate with EASTLINES company. Good job everyone!
