   I've used Pack & Send Harrow twice now; the first time, to ship my personal effects from UK to Singapore and the second occasion to bring my effects back to the UK. On both occasions the service and customer care provided by Mark (outgoing shipment) and Siro (incoming shipment) was fantastic!! They: (1) were always prompt in responding to all my queries and concerns & clearly communicated everything (2) gave good advice and help on packing my items to mitigate the risk of damage during transit and handling, (3) were always clear with the coverage and limitations of their service, (4) were readily available through phone and email and (5)provided competitive pricing to other shipping/air freight competitors. The team and service that was provided made the whole overseas shipping process really simple and straightforward and it definitely reduced my stress levels when relocating countries. Pack & Send Harrow is on my go to list if/when I ever need to send anything to and from overseas locations in the future.

   Great experience shipping a huge order with Siro and the team. Siro responding to my many emails very quickly and helped out when the order was stuck in customs. I shipped 18 boxes and 5 pieces of art and mirrors from the UK and New York. Everything arrived without a scratch and the boxes hardly had any bends in them. It was incredible. This went through Fedex. There was a delay in customs and some times its hard to get updates on the shipment but as far as Pack & Send, they were great the entire way through and would highly recommend.

   Working with Mark and Siro on a very large shipment was smooth from start to finish. They picked up my items for shipping directly from my office, built a custom palette, and delivered in just a few days. They constantly kept me updated with the process, and were always on-hand when I had any questions. Can't recommend the Harrow branch of Pack and Send enough! Will be using them for everything going forward.

   Brilliant experience. Siro and Mark patiently do the best to provide an amazing service. Was worried about expensive crockery to be shipped internationally. Kieth patiently wrapped and packed everything (was kind of live masterclass with some useful tips :). Everything arrived safely. Would definitely recommend them to everyone -100% !

   Brilliant service all round. The Pack & Send team picked up the item from our home. It had to be packed with care and it was - they sent us images to share with our buyer so they knew how it would arrive. They tracked it all the way and the insurance we took with them was much less than quoted elsewhere. Thank you for a great service. Highly recommend.

   I am in absolute awe with the effectiveness of this service! They have managed my move from the Uk to Luxembourg and made it look easy, even with all the brexit and EORI code from HMRC and the customs! Honestly the price was better than what I anticipated, my customer experience was great, big shout out to the team who gave me valuable advice and provided all the labels within an hour. My boxes arrived home safely and in wonderful condition. Absolute go to moving company!

   These guys are out of their mind, pricing wise that is. I had a quote for something that weighs roughly 4kg and for the value of £140. The total price they were asking for was £185.95. I mean, is this a joke or what? Why would anyone send a package somewhere and pay more than the value of the item? Could be that they have the best reviews for the service in general but, who wouldn't have at this rate?... Next time call me people, for that price I will bring a bottle of wine along with your parcel... absolute rubbish! I mean, the audacity to quote you with that laughable price; people have some nerve! Updated: After my 1 star review was posted, someone from Pack & Send called me to explain costs and, more importantly, they tried to work out things with me to reach an agreement. In the end, we couldn't work things out and reach the agreement but, I really appreciate this kind of attitude from a business, also, the man who called me was so nice and understanding about my disappointment which is also nice in this day and age that you don't get that so often anymore. The price is still very high for me and my experience with them, that didn't even started really, was overall disappointing because I didn't get what I was looking for in the end but, since they look like people that really care about their customers, it's only fair to give them a star more.

   Excellent customer service and SUPERB packing! Pack & Send crated a vintage Studer tape recording machine for me to be shipped from London to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were less expensive to crate and to ship than the nearest competitor by about £200, shipping was very quick (less than a week from drop-off at Pack & Send to my door here in the US), and they really did an outstanding job of safely crating and protecting the machine inside the crate. It was obvious to me upon opening the crate that a great deal of care (and attention to detail) was put into ensuring the machine was properly protected and cushioned during transit. Additionally there were many loose parts with the machine that were also individually wrapped to ensure that parts didn't scratch or otherwise damage one another during transit. I searched for over a week for a company who would provide crating, shipping, and customs paperwork for me and I decided to give Pack & Send Harrow a try. Yousif and his associates were very responsive and provided timely responses to my emails and even followed up upon delivery to ensure that everything arrived safely. As a result, I now have a dependable, affordable, and reliable shipper in the greater London area for the pro-audio equipment I purchase there for import to the US. All in all, it was an absolutely top-notch experience and I could not be happier.
