   Very very disappointed service. when i talk with responsible person from Teeparam regarding this, On his point of view, the things which are given by us to deliver to sri lanka is delivered on time to the address. but they don't care about damages, they don't care about the importance of parcel delivery to srilanka. simply he told "next time we give some discounts". it's not proper response for your customer, as per the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 , the company should take all reposibilities for the things in the parcel until the delivery. if something happened they should take all responsible but they aren't ready, so we have to rights to take legal action about this company and we have to rights to get reasonable compensation. finally per the responsible person from the Teeparam company said "what ever you can, do it." so we will.

   I send parcel to Sri Lanka from Teeparam parcel service. Last September it’s delivered on time They done a very good job my parents they are very old they can’t carry a parcel to second floor. The guy who delivered the parcel to my parents he carry the parcel to second floor. It’s really means a lot for me. Keep continuing the service. I wish you all the best
