   We have been using highlight express for many years now and I’ve always found them professional, courteous and extremely Helpful. We have found their prices very competitive, and their boxes have been extremely sturdy, And for more valuable items, I would strongly recommend their wooden crates. Yes they are more costly, but in my opinion they have been worth it, not only have they lasted the trip to the Philippines, but were also used on the return journey back to the UK many years later by another shipper (as highlight express dont ship PHP-UK currently), as the other suppliers boxes didn’t give me the reassurance we needed due to their build quality. Highlight Express also offer a Storage Service in Manila that we have used often, and again found their service very convenient, well priced and safe and secure.

   For many years now, as long as I can remember, we have been using Highlights Express services to send our belongings / gifts back home. This time we asked to them to help us send our lamp from the UK to Philippines! All we had to do, was send over the measurements and they helped by having a custom made box (a perfect fit if I may say) just for the lamp! It was packed by Highlights in the custom made box at our UK home and collected. Of course, all perfectly packed and sealed / nailed. A few months later and a week before we arrived back in Philippines, it was delivered safe and sound. Thank you again Highlights for sending our lamp over! Until our next box to send ☺️

   We knew of Highland Express International’s (HEI) excellent reputation in warehousing, packing and shipping and had no doubt in choosing them when we decided to relocate from the UK. The advice and service provided by HEI was First Class from the initial consultation to the packing, container loading, unloading at destination, delivery and unloading at our new address. Their HEI team were punctual, efficient and worked swiftly. We would have no hesitation in recommending HEI to one and all!

   Shameful, Order a balikbayan box deliver for today. I recieved a text message saying they'll be around 8-11 a.m. As I look forward to for that box finally didn't arrive. I phone the number and spoke to the guy telling me they've been in my place which I never seen around. Then told me re schedule next week. I have to cancel it as I won't be around.

   Its unfortunate for them to only get an average of 3 if I gave them a 5⭐️. I’ve been one of their customers since 2014 and not a single shipment failed. I’ve never used any other shipment service to Philippines. I guess some individuals expect an air fast service but they don’t realise that they only paid for a shipping service. We need to accept delays as they don’t have control once its been out in sea specially on peak months. For me, as long as my family receives their box complete even it takes a month of delay, I would still be happy with it. Thank you Highlight Express for making my family happy everytime they receive their box. More power to your business.

   I'd been a customer for more than 10 years this time its not the same. Very late the delivery. From Nov 2019 it's now Jan 11 2020 it's still not clear whether my relative in Davao will receive my large box. From London via Manila to Davao this is the first time that it took so long to have my box delivered. Correction, the box I sent to Davao was expected to arrived early November.I gave more than 12 weeks allowance. I contacted the office regarding the delay, it arrived in Davao but not released immediately due to custom processing. Also the reason of the delay is the weather. There was several typhoon even earthquakes that is happening not only in Mindanao but nearly ever part of the Philippines. So this is just some considerations you have to consider. So, I still give credit to Highlight Express for doing their part. They are not in control of the circumstance, from the weather, to the custom,to the change of employee etc Thanks Sharon the box was delivered just in time. Well done

   Awesome experience from HIGHLIGHTS !! This has been our 3rd time sending the boxes to the Philippines and there has never been a problem, staff are super friendly too and happy to answer any questions you may have. They even provided me with an ETA as to when the goods would arrive and sure enough after 8 weeks the boxes were delivered to my family. Such a quick and efficient service - Thank you Highlights for bringing "Christmas" to my family abroad every month xxxx
