   Terrible company. Terrible customer service. They promise timelines they can’t achieve. They will deliver your items late and damaged. One of my suitcases was delivered ripped and completely torn apart (see images) and they offered no compensation for missing items. They are a useless company and I would stay well away.

   If you have any valuable items to freight, send it through any other reputable company. My insured items were stolen/missing enroute Nigeria with Corporate Messengers After one month of messing me about, I was told that the insurance company declined to pay for the missing item (a watch) The insurance co -Leadway Insurance (surprise, surprise) is based in Nigeria (although I paid for service and insurance in UK) I have been told that the insurance declaration is just a way to identify valuable in the freight package Definitely going to speak to Trading Standards and Citizens advice

   They are not reliable at all! Their professionalism is very poor! They couldn’t even secure an ordinary Smart TV That cost me £950. On arrival of my goods, surprisingly the screen TV crack and damaged. The TV is now condemned. I called the operation manager to make a complain, instead of them to compensate me, they are chatting nonsense that the damage is not from them. Shameless Nigeria company.

   Typical Nigerian company with no spirit of excellence. No customer service. Just adhoc people talking anyhow without understanding the needs of the customer. They pick up your items with a false low value then call you with an excessive amount to pay and its too late to cancel. They decide the boundaries of London and declared Bromley as outside London so they can charge excessive fees. Delivery in Nigeria was a nightmare. Would never use them again.

   Shipping and freight forwarding company in London. I've been using them for all my cargo needs since 2013 to date. They're reliable, trustworthy and efficient. Their turnaround time is slightly longer than other companies I know of, but I would rather wait a couple of days or so longer and have my consignment delivered intact & undamaged than have it earlier but in a complete mess and items missing. Shipping rates are competitive and door to door service is available. I love the fact that they offer both air and sea shipping too. These guys are good at what they do and are helpful and friendly too! Exact reason why they're my plug for cargo.

   One month to deliver groceries from London. Zero customer service. Items missing from consignment and despite taking their so-called insurance, I lost out. They claim the groceries were not delivered despite signing for it. Staff with bad attitude. The MD seems a genuinely good guy. Shame he has people who want to ruin his business working for him. Never using them again. Their loss - was looking for someone to help with shipping groceries every quarter.

   Fraudulent company. I was charged over £200 for 20 kg. When you contact them, they promise a low rate. After they pick up your package, they send an inflated invoice. They acknowledged that my package was 20kg, but decided that they would use a different price (using volume instead of weight) to bill me. They charged me for 43 kg.
