   Great experience! Called office to check on timing. Friendly chats on phone (Gareth), called back when promised, accurate delivery estimate. So far so good. And then delivery was received and driver was as friendly and helpful as they come, keen to leave package in best/most convenient place. Beautiful sunny day made all the better by removal of potential stress thanks to these guys. Thanks a million!

   Easily the worst experience of delivery that I have experienced. Many previous comments were the same for me. The driver with a very bad attitude left the very heavy pallet on the end of the driveway and refused to move it. There were no updates of delivery times and despite several enquiries there was no effort to provide any satisfaction at all. I can only urge that no one use this Company if they have a choice. So many instances of the same unprofessional behavior when there are infinitely better option. Stay away!!!

   Not too sure on the 7.5t drivers capabilities? I work near their Croydon Depot and in the mornings they leave their 7.5t trucks in the road taking up valuable parking spaces for the rest of the people on the estate. Week before last one of those 7.5t trucks that I had to park behind reversed into my new car damaging the headlight that had to be replaced, pushing the wing assy along slightly warping it and scuffing the front bumper which needs respraying, all at a cost to me. I know its one of their trucks as the impact mark on headlight is in line with a tail lift bracket on their vehicles. Did the driver leave any details...No!!!! Most certainly will not use this company for either my business use or personal use..... :( :(

   Terrible for domestic delivery. Pallet left on the street while delivery driver watches recipients struggle to get the delivery off the road where he dumped it. His main contribution was to explain that this happens every day and sometimes he leaves it in the drive of tower blocks, presumably so we can realise others he delivers to are even worse off. They failed to notify the delivery, as promised, or to bring their ‘roadside delivery’ ‘service’ to our attention so we couldn’t make appropriate plans. When making a retail purchase make sure this company isn’t delivering it.
