First time experience with this company and I have to say that it hasn't been a pleasant one. They shipped the barrel on time! it got the St Vincent on time! My problem began when Agent couldn't contact them to get the release for port it's been over a week and still nothing only to find out they're moving office. As a company your customers should come first so if you're moving offices make sure ALL shipments details are dealt with before so. It's ridiculous. Storage fees should not be out of my pocket for your mismanagement!

Worst company ever!! Dexter is so unprofessional and gives false information. I wanted to post on here the proof of him not answering my messages on 2 different numbers and the rudenesswhen ge replies. I have used them 3 times before with minor delays. He's rude, unhelpful and he cost me £430. 3 people in Jamaica were going through the same thing at the wharf. The staff in JA dont help and Dexter finds excuses forhim.Histaff in JA are wo
