Great place for your best friend to spend the day. My wee pal absolutely loves it. Hes always tired when coming back from his fav day out with his pals.
Excellent daycare and boarding for dogs, staff are amazing and treat the dogs as if they are their own, my dog is old, 13, has dementia, deaf and almost blind but the staff look after him in daycare and he loves the place, so much so sometimes he doesn't want to come home with me after work, he wants to stay with his pals and the staff giving him cuddles and ear and chin rubs.
Excellent kennels and staff! We have used Hotel k9 for over a year for regular day care and overnight stays for our Rottweiler. The staff are all lovely and very professional and experienced in working with all breeds. We love that the stays include country walks, enrichment, play, quiet time and appropriate socialisation. Having access to check in on CCTV and messages from the staff gives you that extra reassurance that he is happy and well looked after. We also really enjoy seeing the photos of all the dogs in each day too. Our boy is always excited to go there and we can highly recommend this service.
Cannot recommend enough for my reactive Collie and docile Retriever. We were so nervous about leaving our girls who are 8 & 7 and have never been away from us, we were longing for a holiday to Florida for years and finally decided to go but the thought of leaving the girls for 3 weeks had us all super nervous! Hotel K9 and all their staff have been wonderful, from the 1st consultation almost 2 years before the big holiday to all the trial nights and then the best 3 weeks my dogs have ever had I am just so so happy that Hotel K9 exists purely for the dogs!! Regular updates via the private FB group were fabby but the cherry on top was CCTV in the girls suite so we could check in and see for ourselves how at ease and happy they were! Daily walks in the beautiful Kilsyth countryside, enrichment, playtime, cuddles and the all important bath before collection makes Hotel K9 the best in my opinion!
Thanks so much to all staff at Hotel K9, Rollo was in for 4 nights (his first time in kennels) and came home happy and tired. Appreciated all the photos and video. Would definitely recommend.

Argyle stayed here whilst i was away to sunnier places, he unfortunately sustained a minor injury however no messing they had him at the vets for cleaning and treatment A+
Hamish has just enjoyed his first overnight stay at HotelK9. Kimberly was lovely. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The kennels were clean and warm. So happy we've booked his next holiday
I had been to see a few kennels in the area and some were pretty foul, damp cold looking places however was so pleasantly surprised when I went to see hotel k9. Very clean, well thought out and comfortable for the dogs. Kimberly seemed lovely and made us confident our dog would be in good hands.
My 2 llhasa apsos were in for 4 nights and when i collecred them they were very happy and excited think they had a fab time thanks kimberley x
