    I strongly advise against this company. I am extremely disappointed. It has been almost a month since I placed my order, and my package still hasn’t arrived. The first time, they said the postal company couldn’t ship my package, so I chose another delivery company. Then the same issue happened again, they said this company also couldn’t ship my package, even though there is nothing special or restricted in it. Since then, I haven’t received any response. I honestly think I will never receive my package. On top of that, their customer service is very poor: they respond very slowly to emails and don’t answer the phone at all. I really do not recommend this company.

    UPDATE: My package arrived at their address, and they uploaded it to my suite 5 days later. On the same day, I paid to dispatch it. I just received my package today. Thanks My package was delivered to Skypax on Saturday (I have pictures of it), and I still have no updates on my suite profile online. I tried to call them many times with no success in talking with someone from customer service, only automated messages. I emailed them too, but I haven't received any response about my package. I'm waiting for an update on my case to tell you here on Google about my final experience with this service. If everything works well, I would change this score.

    I have been a customer for over 10 years. Recently I noticed that a shipment that was delivered (I have proof of successful delivery) was not registered by Skypax. I then asked them what is going on & I have never heard back from them. The package was delivered on the 10th of October & it is now the 10th of November . β€”β€” Later edit as a response to your reply: I think that your whole handling of this situation is appalling. Usually customer service replies in a timely matter. This time & for a serious issue, it took over a month and me writing a review here in order for someone to confirm that you are looking into it (still no email response to this date 12 november 2025) β€” Later edit (19 November 2025): to this day I still have no reply from them…

    I received confirmation that my parcel had arrived at Skypax and when I tried to ship it to myself, I received an error notification due to there being perfume in the package. I contacted Skypax who responded right away, asking for the value of the package. I responded and haven’t heard back to 8 emails and two voicemails (they never pick up the phone) - very frustrated. Please contact me to resolve this!! Responding to your comment here since I have responded to your team and requested them to return the item to Diptyque urgently. Please ensure this is done today as given the delays, I now have very limited time to return to the vendor within the returns window. Thank you.

    My order was delivered to Skypax a week ago. They are not responding to my emails to confirm that my order will be sent. I have proof that the order was received by a β€œTom” a week ago. Now a purchase of Β£400 is probably lost by them. Do not use them they are frauds!

    service is oke. but price is expensive., used them 3 times. nice to use if seller does not ship abroad , but will cost you some money!
