   I had a good experience with the company. I dropped off my luggage at their Wembly location and the staff was cooperative and helped optimise the luggage within my boxes and repack them to make it more sturdy. I chose the shipping route and they provided good rates and tracking functionality for the luggage. I received my parcel in India after 3 months in a good condition. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to send their luggage from the UK to India to consider this option.

   A useful door to door service to India. Helpful personnel. However, communication between branch office (the one I dealt with) and the head office, either not adequate enough or disorganised. In a similar vein, communication with the customer needs to improved. A basic detail such as the tracking number needs to be made known to the customer rather than the latter having to phone up the head office for it. Please view my comments as constructive. You’re a good company offering an essential service with reasonable charges but with better communication you would be even more valued.

Pricing was cheap, only 6kgpound... They have taken care for custom as well... Overall good service and cheap and fast.... My items got delivered in less than 2 weeks
