   Just had rude, arrogant customer service guy call to say they are bringing our boxes back to me the sender, even though i am not the customer who paid for their services, and when i explained i am not at home he said they would just dump the boxes on the street with all pf our belongings in. All mouth no ears. Cannot believe this company has a single repeat customer. Buy elsewhere.

   Just came of the call form their customer service where from accent was an Indian gentleman started shouting on me. Can't believe this. Had also issues before when the seller sent parcels with this company

   Absolute rubbish courier they lie about delivery 48 hour service been almost a week rubbish please don't use them unless you don't want your parcel like I said absolute rubbish and very rude still no parcel

   This is the most unprofessional and useless courier service. I've been receiving parcels from 4-5 different companies. I never had any issues. With them it's impossible to get your items. I do not understand who is working still with them. Unreliable, slow, difficult, rude and they have no idea how to do the job. I was struggling for 7 days to get the parcel for my work. I explained how important and urgent this was for me to work and I never got it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
