   I've had nighmares dealing with Orbit customer care. No communication, parcel got lost, they raised a claim, Claim got approved and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Company has no courtesy to call and udpate me about my claim. Attach is the screen shot of the claim and emails

   Nightmare!!! I had received a reference from the owner from the IIL webpage on Facebook regarding their relocation service as I was moving from UK to india. I had got in touch with them where I was informed that I should do the packing myself and they will pickup the boxes and weigh them at their site. I packed everything in double wall boxes lots of bubble wrap and fillers and had to pay £150 for the pickup. I had booked in the delivery via air cargo. After the items were sent the owner completely disappeared for 3 weeks and was not lifting the phone. The office staff were not able to give me an update on the items as they only do tracking and admin and said he has a personal emergency. After that he contacted me suggesting to send by ship instead and said that he would have to repackage a few boxes due to dimensions. Now all boxes were cut to smaller sizes and were not reinforced in the corners. When the items were received in india all the boxes were flimsy and crushed in corners and were not retaining their dimensions. In addition to that some hardware items and electronic items were missing from the boxes. Printer broken, monitor screen broken, crystal darques in original boxes smashed to pieces. Mixer plastics smashed. I informed the owner of the condition and missing items but did not even try to investigate which was shocking. Was really upset of the overall ordeal.    5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Orbit Relocation. Truly very professional, reliable and hassel free service received. We used to bring parcel via other agents (not to mention their name) before and there were lots of restrictions and received suprise letter after 3-4 montha to pay additional charge. But with orbit as promised there were no hidden charges. Shipment received within 10days as promised and i have been updated with the status of the shipment through out the move. Orbit guide you with list of items that can be included and excluded in the shipment. Not much restriction though i nearly brought most of the items which other agent denied to keep in their shipment. Overall happy customer here. I will surely use them in future too and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family too.

   Excellent service, we hired Orbit Relocation to move my luggage from the UK to India, shipment was collected, when they said would, box was taped from all 4 side to avoid any damage, even though, there is no tracking number, they kept me updated and shipment arrived at my door within 2 weeks as promised by the company. This was my first time to send parcel, so had million of questions, they answered all professionally and in time , without any problem. Will highly recommend Orbit Relocation to move your belonging around the globe, keep the good work guys

   Orbit Relocation has done a wonderful job in delivering items from Chennai to England. Economical and very quick when comparing against Indian postal service and some international freight carriers. They are easily reachable via WhatsApp and clarified all my queries. Most important thing is that they helped my parents in packing all items securely and safely as well. After many years, Orbit made me to taste food using my mom's home made masala. Highly recommend their service.

   It was a great experience moving my stuff. I got my luggage delivered in couple of days as promised. Packaging is good. All in all it felt I hired reliable professionals for the transfer. Also at that time many were not doing inter city transfers due to corona situation. So it was a relief finding Orbit Relocation for my movement.
