   It has been 3–4 months since my suitcase went missing, and ABC Cargo has still not provided any proper response or resolution. Even after posting my review, all I received was a generic apology and empty promises that my case would be escalated — but nothing has actually been done. This is extremely shameful and shows that ABC Cargo is not serious about customer service or accountability. I have faced a significant loss, yet they continue to ignore my case. I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this company with their belongings.

   Great management , quick to respond to my requests. I couldn't believe it is possible to use local courier company like A-B Cargo Express to send goods from UK to Nigeria and only took just 5 days including Saturday and Sunday for my goods to arrive in Lagos and picked up same day from their Lagos office . I would strongly recommend and their price is very reasonable . Thumbs up to you guys
