   Used to be good, but a change of personnel has made them worse than useless. Their poor service is costing me thousands in lost revenue every month. Shipments are slow or sometimes completely non-existent. Warehouse services are shocking, takes 2 weeks for them to put goods on to a few pallets - and that's only if you remind them. Accounts department has always been good/helpful but shipping/warehousing not really their thing these days. Good at taking your money, not good at saving you any.

   A great company to do business with truly! Very transparent and through in all aspects. I had a shipment from China sent to an Amazon Fulfilment Centre as part of FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) by Corten Logistics recently. Every aspect of the journey from picking the consignment up from the warehouse in China through to the final destination and transaction was smoothly conducted and more importantly I was kept up to date. I would highly recommend this company to all that require their services. They are a very professional and yet give a tailored and personal service.
