    I'm not one to write bad reviews but this has been the worst experience I have dealt with a company. I paid for delivery twice, the first time they did not let us know that they wouldn't be able to use their tail lift to unload the parcels (not even sure if we should be doing this ourselves because of insurance). The second time they didn't actually come yet have asked us to pay for a 3rd time. Still waiting on a resolution but will be taking this company to court if they don't deliver the 2nd delivery that I've paid for.

    Completely Rip off. staff does not know much about the shipping and customs. very rude , thief , untrustworthy. used them twice. in first time, the dealing was complete rip off with rude staff , no knowledge. then they called after a year to apologise for last dealing and assured for best n improved services with new management and staff. i did mistake given them another chance but again the experience was terrible. when container arrives they start there game to rip you off. they ask detention , storage etc because they can not deliver the goods within free port storage time for 5 days. due to there inability to deliver the container they put all all charges on you. they further ask you to pay duty and vat in there account instead to paying directly to Hmrc by customer. and once money is transferred in there account, then they say due to some reason they cant make payment to Hmrc so now you pay directly and promise us to refund the full money but after few months chase and hard struggle we can get success to get half the refund. and for other half we leave the money or go to legal action against them option to recover. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL PLEASE AND SAVE LOT OF YOUR ENERGY , MONEY AND TIME.

    If you are thinking of an agent don’t use this company they are all about repping you off The service is very poor the attitude is rubbish They are unprofessional they don’t response to emails They made my goods go into demurrage they don’t care about their client all they are after is their pocket I have been shipping from china for The past 10year using this company for the first time has given me the worst experience They promised me heaven on earth they let me down and they just could never be bother They are scam don’t even try contacting them Up to the delivery date they were still asking me for money after paying over £20000 I put my foot down because they claim they made a mistake They even stole my goods very unprofessional This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with All the staffs are unprofessional they always claim custom is holding your goods all just to collect more money from you . They are scammers please don’t think of using them

    Really disappointed with service, testing times indeed for everyone importing during the pandemic as shipments are delayed but this was compounded by the poor service we experienced with Unsworth. It appears Unsworth hold no power in the shipping world. Provide false promise after false promise regarding ETA's. Unsworth provide you with schedules that hold no value, we paid premium prices for the shipment to arrive in good time but none of them arrived on time, they were late ....really late. Both shipments were late departing port (so we paid for a shipment departing 1-2 weeks earlier) and then the shipments get re-routed so are also late on sea. In addition Unsworth provided no pro-active communication to advise of the delays, it was only a week prior to each ETA when we contacted them to ensure all was on track that the shipment date being delayed was relayed to us (the customer) - this happened 3-4 times. We used Unsworth for 2 shipments, the first shipment was 2.5 weeks late, the second shipment was over 5 weeks late! They have cost us hugely in lost revenue and the stress involved in the whole process was horrendous. The Unsworth team are perfectly pleasant & seemingly professional but they are incompetent and the process and power of Unsworth is pitiful - I would not recommend using them.

    We have been using UGL for several years now and not once have we had any problems with shipping our fragile, luxurious chandeliers worldwide. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful; they stay engaged and on board throughout the whole shipping process and always going an extra mile to make sure we are happy with their services. Always quick to respond to our enquire, provide a quotation and organise a shipment. :)

    I have had a great experience with Unsworth with my 1st freight forwarding - from China to the UK. They took care of everything and picked up every single one of my (many) calls and emails. They would give me lots of information and guidance so I knew what was going on, and I just found their service excellent. Big, special thanks to Paul Gardener especially, for making my 1st forwarding a smooth experience and easing my nerves. Will be using them for all my future forwarding as the company grows! Highly recommended for everyone including 1st timers like me.

    Shocking company would never ever use again. You ask questions, they don't respond, you send chasers, they don't respond, you call and tell them the matter is now urgent, they don't respond you then call back and this time lose patience and it's all your fault, not theirs! Yours! Not an apology for their shocking service no no just lies but because you catch them out and make it known you have caught them out they then decide that they will no longer correspond with you and leave you high and dry with no ETA info, no vessel name, no BL, no documentation,nothing and they think that is acceptable! I work in shipping and have never ever worked with such an incompetent company with absolutely 0 customer service! Would never recommend or use again!
