   Me and my husband used this shipping service for the first time recently to send parcels across India The parcels did not arrive on time and they said it is due to Christmas that the courier is being delayed. However after a few days they did not answer out calls and one day I had to call their office number in order to speak with them. One of the two parcels reached after a month and the excuse was that they had incorrect sent both the parcels to same address and later rectified this. Terrible service. Huge disappointment

   During September, I sent a parcel to JPN in order for them to give to Sri Lanka. This package contained chocolate which came up to a total of £70. Not only I gave chocolate for them to send, I have also given them perfume’s which was £15, this was for my family members to share. After I sent the package for the company to send it to Sri Lanka, it came up to a total of £75. Later on in Sri Lanka I was informed that they received the parcel, but they said they only received the clothes I sent them and a few colouring pencils. I called them about this problem but they said that the customs have took the perfume and the chocolate which came up to a total of £85. After this, the company said that they could not refund us at all because it was not their fault. The reason why I am writing this review is because I did not get a refund and they did not inform me at all about taking our items and not returning it back to us.

   A company of liars and thieves. They collected my box and said it will be on the next shipment in 3 days but when I asked for an update they said it will be on the next shipment again and again until over a month later when it actually got on the ship. Once it arrived at the destination they said that they didn't have enough money to pay the taxes for that particular shipment though eventually it was received. The big issue here was that around £40 worth of items were stolen from the box and I'm quite sure it was the shipping company because local customs use a special tape to seal a box that they have checked while this was just brown tape that was very hastily taped up. When asked about this they said that they can't do anything about that. It took nearly 4 months for my box to go from door to door.

   Please don't use this company to send boxes. Have sent two boxes to sri lanka. They have taken over 3 months to deliver the boxes and they have taken so many items from the boxes. And when you speak to them regarding the missing items they just refused to take responsibility. Owner is really doggy and twisting the story. Please don't use their service to send your hard earned valuables.
