   I’ve not shipped to Jamaica but when I do I will use these guys and only these guys. I learned about Carib Ship from their Vibes FM advert. You’ve got to hear it, it’s an absolute banger. I’m not sure who the MC is but his flow is super nice and has a nice cadence. The beat is absolute fire too. I don’t know what marketing genius put this together but they need a raise. Put Vibes FM on and wait for some adverts you won’t be disappointed.

   I won’t ever use Carib Shipping again and cannot recommend them. I almost said services but that would be a gross inaccuracy. They publish indicative port arrival times - meaningless! Before paying to ship with them I asked at every point of contact that by sending over 2 months in advance my barrels would be ready for clearance -100% came each reply. BS and lies lies lies. Every time we their customers ship, the contents are important to us. In my case much of the contents are medical supplies for my Mum following a stroke. They promised the clearance docs would arrive 10 days from the date of their first email - well 6 wks later I call them as I am about to travel only to be told my barrels arrive after the date of my return!!!! I will have the additional expense of return travel to clear and of course addition port storage fees. I got a defensive antagonistic probably low paid gatekeeper actively defending the indefensible. I asked to speak to the owner Sebastian. I emailed to that effect - tumbleweed. They take your goods and your money and sit on them breaching all regard for the contract.    Very good business. I sent my barrel for delivery to jamaica over the Xmas, which was very risky considering season we were approaching. They were very helpful, realistic in terms of delivery time. We got our barrel one week after Xmas holiday delivered to our door. It would of been delivered sooner however we landed on 23rd and had to take bank holiday into account. Thank you so much, you will surely be used by us again and will be recommended.

   Cargo not protected and was in tatters on destination,washing machine was broken pieces,settee battered and board lining broken,and all my goods got defects upon arrival,not protected as was told, they were only wrapped in plastic paper and no pallets around them! will never use this company again or recommend them,worst experience ever.only gave 1star because there is no zero . After voicing my complaint they tried ro blackmail me into taking down this post in order for them to give me £300 after most of my household items were damaged (washing machine beyond repair and cost way more than that,all sweet talk when came to pick up at your home and this is how you will be treated if things happen,my advice is find a company that have your interest at heart recommend by people that used their services...me..never again
