The service I received was unsatisfactory. I sent a 10-box order, but the boxes never arrived. The service took all the boxes and sold all the items without delivering our order. I strongly advise against using this service.
Worst company I had ever used. My shipment was last April 2023. Today is 23rd of September 2023. Boxes not arrived yet. And the owner Gerard is not answering the phone. Now one of my friend said they used to transport drugs and got caught. That’s why our boxes never arrived.
The parcel took over 4 months to get to Sri Lanka and when it got their they refused to give the parcel first & after a few days the was delivered at 1 in the morning SL time. Even then some items were missing from it. If your want your parcel to arrive on time and have all the items in it please don't use GG SHIPPING.
Very good service. Highly recommend. Customer care and service really good. All the goods arrived safe and sound. I will use their service again for sure.
The worst shipping company in UK. We have send two boxes to Sri Lanka four months ago and they delivered few days ago. They have steal all the valuable stuff from two boxes. Now they dont answer any calls and no reply for any messages. Very unreliable and irresponsible. Do not use this company.
This organisation is very unreliable and irresponsible. They will not deliver the customer's packages on time and also steal goods from the packages as well. This business is not registered in Sri Lanka so even if they don't deliver the packages it's hard to take legal actions. The Sri Lankan operator of our packages never answer the phone calls and the don't even run an office. Please if any customer who is willing to send packages through this organisation would be the worst.
I give five stars Gerard give super service yes few delays are there, but his service is reliable compared to others
