   Outrageous how terrible the communication is with these people. I was sent to multiple different locations when trying to pick up my Arab cargo delivery. MAKE IT CLEAR! When it is time to pick up, give the address of the pick up location and number to call for goodness sake it’s the 20th century, why is that so hard? I don’t think I’ll use these guys again. On top of that our first shipment from London and the guy doesn’t even show up to pick up the cargo and doesn’t bother telling us and we had to wait the next day. So unprofessional, you need to fix this asap. There was also a hidden handling fee of £75 we were not told about. So with all of the taxi costs in addition to that, it was just way more costly than anticipated.
