   I have enjoyed a number of materials being delivered to me over several years, I cannot recommend them enough. The quality of the products are at the high end, equally matched by the quality of people only keen to help and deliver, always going the extra mile.    I have been landscaping for 15 years and I started my own landscaping company 7 years ago and I have been using Fountain Timber products for all this time. As my old employers all used Fountain Timber products, I always assumed the quality and integrity of their products was just standard - oh no, not at all. Take their fence panels for example, there is a whole world of difference between anything you find from anywhere like B&Q, Travis Perkins, Wicks or Jewsons. They are stronger, heavier, robust and built so well. Other panels are just flimsy and light in comparison and bounce when moved like a wobble board. Of course any new fence looks good. But as a comparison, there is a world of difference between splashing some paint around a room to give it a fresh look and a skilled master painter and decorator doing the same job. It’s the same thing but for a garden. A fence using Fountain Timber products gives a feeling of security, quality and longevity. It’s not just the products though, the office staff, the pickers and delivery team are all exceptional. You can just tell there is an investment within the culture of the company. All the office staff who takes the calls and makes the orders always bend over backwards to make sure I always have the right products for our service. I can pick their brains about any aspect of the order and even now I learn something new. They also recommend other solutions to bespoke projects which I can pass on to my customer to ensure they have the best design possible. For the delivery team, from booking it in, to the phone call to let me know they are on their way to unloading, every effort is taken to accommodate my needs. For context, we offer high quality installations and we source the best quality materials from across the city for different services we offer. Using Fountain Timbers products for all my timber, fencing, and more needs means I can offer a longer warranty for our services than my competition.    Excellent company. Purchased a willow hurdle fence and posts. Was worried about the quality considering the good price, but is very well made and looks better than in the photos. speedy delivery and helpful delivery drivers. Highly recommended.

   I was after some quality timber to complete a bespoke fencing project so came here to check out what they had. This place isn't too hard to find and is quite a pleasant drive off the main road through the wood. The site is pretty well laid out so it was simple enough to find what I was after. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable which was great. We placed an order the next day over the phone and it was delivered that same week which was excellent. Although the cost was at the higher end of what I wanted to pay I'm really very happy with the quality of the wood so I've no complaints at all. With the cut offs/left overs I also managed to build some recycling bin storage. Photo of the fence and storage attached. I'd definitely come here and use these guys again.
