Bought the faulty wheel spanner from avonmouth tool station and it was obviously not fitting so brought it back and the staff refused to take it back because we tried using it. Rude staff with no manners.
Even though it's quite small it seems to be well stocked, and always has what I need. Unlike the portishead branch!!!!
Ordered a sealant online. The online experience was a bit frustrating as trying to find the product and alternatives was not easy. Arrived with a bit of a wait as only one person serving. Didn’t need it, so returned it, again a bit of a wait for the same reason. Very quickly dealt with and refunded. Very good overall
I ordered items online and they delivered to the wrong address, but refused to resend or refund. They blamed everyone but themselves, including me, and ignored my complaint.
Quality store with lovely staff. Such an easy process to pick up my click and collect.

Absolutely brilliant service the multiple times I’ve been. They’ve never let me down so far. The staff are lightning quick, especially if you order via click and collect. Don’t bother with B&Q, go here instead!
Small but well organised and tidy. I was the only customer in the store which was good in these pandemic days. I can imagine it's difficult on socially distance in store. Very quick and efficient service.
