0 star review, A&S recently did a shipment to Ghana for me, and they ended up delivering not the exact quantity of boxes they counted, and confirmed with a receipt before shipment. All they had told me is that they won't compensate me.
Used this company earlier this year, great, no problems at all So after that we decided to use them again, one of the worst decisions I have ever made, extremely rude, constantly lied, I have reported to the police as stolen as for about 3 weeks now they can’t tell me where our stuff is
Having read recent reviews it's clear this conpany will never change. First used these people exactly 5 years ago and stopped when I caught their workers in Ghana opening people's goods (in my case, my large boxes I PAID big money to be shipped out with care) to steal the items within and then repackage the goods so that when they are eventually delivered, it appears new. This is utterly disgraceful behaviour and to see that 5 years on as a business you haven't changed in the slightest is shameful. Black businesses love to complain about the lack of suppport from us yet the moment we choose to invest in your businesses, we are met with extremely poor customer service and subpar delivery of the service we have PAID for. I was right to switch to the older, more established freight companies like Jobyco.
The worse customer experience I have ever had. My goods were delivered with the boxes wet and destroyed. When I called their number here in UK the person was nice and he gave me the owner's number. The owner was very rude on the phone and he sent me videos his people took after my sister had given them bin bags to repacked them. I lost a few of my items as well. I will not recommend anyone to use them.
My experience with this company was awful. Amongst other things they didn't deliver on time as promised, even when I was told my goods had left the UK, this turned out to be false. I booked my ticket based on the information I was given by A & S but wasn't able to receive the items despite being told the items had arrived two weeks prior. When my brother also called to chase up the person who claimed to be the owner of the company actually hang up on him. Talk about terrible customer service. I certainly won't be using them again.

I used the services of this company to ship some boxes to Ghana and I’m super impressed with their service. My boxes arrived after just 3 weeks! The staff are so efficient, professional and friendly. They pick up the phone the moment you call, and are always happy to assist. I’ve already used their services on 2 different occasions and I’m about to use them again. Thanks so much for doing a great job.

Don't use this company they flytip, dumping loads of pallets right outside my block of flats.
