    I recently visited CRS in Wells and had the pleasure of dealing with Elvis, think thats his name....skinny lad with tattoos, He went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my project. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to explain the best options for what I was trying to achieve. Ellis was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience much easier. He even gave me some useful tips and recommendations that I hadn’t thought of. It’s rare to get such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in.     Every time I go into CRS wells the staff are always grumpy and unfriendly. Have given it multiple chances but don't think I'll be going in again. Never post negative reviews but doing so in the hope that someone will have words with cold and begrudging staff.
