   Absolutely disgusting, extremely poor customer service and no care and respect for customers, my barrel sitting on the wharf for 2 months and no effort and interaction to assist in getting the container stripped. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. No even to send an email on the customers behalf enquiring about their goods. There is much better shipping company around. Don't use this 1

   The worst company ever, will never use again. We shipped 3 barrels a pallet and a box to jamaica, went to the office and paid for all services. Then the older guy came upto my partner took him to the side away from the office and charged him a separate fee, he even walked us to the cashpoint! I was fuming but my partner paid him, for an easy life. I then called them explained what happened and the woman was extremely rude and dismissive regarding the whole situation, she really did not care about what had happened. The way they treat their customers, im surprised they still in business. Just beware of kingsley shipping

   I just wanted to say that, from the many Kingsley customers I have spoken to, the pilfering problem seen to be mainly when barrel are delivered door to door. Most people who collect their barrels from the Wharf report a good service. My sister-in-law's barrel was raided, most likely enroute to her house, and reporting it to Kingsley brought no joy. The company should be monitoring reports of these incidents and put a system in place to root out the crooks and prohibited the thieving. For instance, barrels for home delivery could be photographed when opened at the Whraf. On arrival at the customer's home, the delivery driver could take another picture of the opened barrel in front of the customer. Small items could still go missing but certainly not half the content of the barrel, as was the case with my family member. What do you say Kingsley?

   The service is absolutely awful. My mum sent 3 barrels for home delivery and most of her things were missing. When she phoned Kingsley, he said there was nothing he could do about it. This is absolutely ridiculous. No wonder people are hardly using his services these days. I will be making sure I don't use or recommend him to anyone.

   I done door to door and it the worst decision I made. Barrels are opened and whoever helps themselves to whatever they like. Things are purchased with hard earned money over a period of time for comforts of myself and family during my stay in jamaica and it's disgraceful to know your items are stolen especially as one there not yours and secondly the price you pay for your own goods. It's an almighty disgrace. I'd never use Kingsley again as there mixed mash customer service is basic and I'd never do door to door again. Running a business where people's goods are up for offer from whoever despite a seal being added is disappointing to say the least. For such long standing shipping company I'd expect lessons to be learned and bad practice corrected. Not impressed at all.

   First class service from start to finish. From before leaving the U.K. to delivery to home in Jamaica I cannot fault them The team both in the U.K. and Jamaica were very helpful and professional, ensuring that the experience with regards clearing my goods at the wharf wasn’t an unpleasant one. Would most definitely use them again. October 2021. Have used Kingsley again to ship items for me. Junior as usual, packed everything so well and apart from the long waiting times at the wharf (not their fault), again have no complaints. Will definitely use them again. June 2022. Again first class service from Kingsley. Junior as ever always helpful and collected my barrels which arrived in Jamaica without issues. Maybe I've been fortunate but I've never had my goods or my barrels tampered with or items taken. The seals on my barrels are always cut in front of me at the wharf and the one door to door delivery I did, again nothing missing. I will continue to use them.

   I have used Kingsley shipping for the first and last time. They collected some barrels from my address on the 2/2/22 and told me they will be leaving the UK on the 4/2/22 and will get to Jamaica on the 6/3/22 which was fine, now on the 7/2/22 the people at the wharf in Jamaica rang to tell my son that the ship bypassed, and will be returning to Jamaica on the 30/3/22 bear in mind we have our stuff packed in barrels from however long, we paid for them to get to Jamaica at a certain time that we were told by Kingsley Shipping, and not even the decent courtesy they did not have to at least inform us of what happened and what we can do. When I rang Kingsley Shipping, bear in mind I am upset because NO one could find the time to let us know what is happening to our things that was sent by them, I was met with a stink attitude by whoever answered the phone, this is the reason I hate doing business with black owned companies because they have no customer service skills and it does my head in trying to put up with their lack of principles. I am just putting this out there that people must be mindful of who and where you spend your hard earned money because they make you feel like you’re begging a service when that is not the case.

   I habe only ever used Kingsley to ship to Jamaica, even recommended them to friends and family. But I think they need to reconsider the black British woman that answers the phone. She is rude, condescending, sat, full at attude from the she answered the phone. I ask her when the next pick up slot was she.told me with an attitude. I ignored it and said that's a good slot... she gave me the silent treatment front that point on... when I said hello because of silence she said what. I ask her if she was not hearing me and I repeated that it was a good slot. Her response was how should I know what that means and yhen went silent again. The attude continued the entire booking. If it wasnt for the fact that I knew Kingsley and the guys are nice respectfull people I would never used this shipping company again. Just nasty attude, she puts customers off ... learn to treat your own people well

   Absolute disgrace.... given a time slot of between 11 & 4pm.... 4pm they call me stating “soon come” 8:30pm they arrive with nothing but excuses and an empty box van which should have been filled for how busy they stated they were... I had to ask if the barrels actually arrive at the dock on time? I also told them “ tek u barrel n gallong... I will not be using them to ship anything for me, if a no star rating could be given, they would receive -5 stars. I seriously advise all not to use this “company” and I use the term “company” loosely as it is not a company at all. With this type of shoddy service I doubt if the goods would actually reach there destinations.

   This business is failing and customers are being ripped off. Kingsley's shipping costs are not transparent and you get no clear information prior to sending your goods. You pay to ship your goods here and then you have to pay the same again to Kingley shipping offices in addition to the customs and wharf charges. The back office staff are phenomenally rude, totally lacking manners or customer service. Clearly, it seems as that this business has forgotten that other shipper's exist. Maybe smaller - but give them a chance. Take your business elsewhere. You have been warned.
