The team at Pack and Send were absolutely fantastic. Super clear communications and really helpful throughout and responsive. I had my bike shipped from London to Dubai and the box arrived safely with no damage. I sought to go with another company first, which was a cheaper price, but they turned out to be awful, extras added and I became worried about reliability hence paid a bit more with Pack & Send, but it was definitely the right thing to do to ensure my bike and belongings were not damaged and arrived very quickly.
