   Speedy Freight were absolutely brilliant in arranging urgent pickup and same day delivery for an important item I’d left behind in a hotel. I was super stressed about leaving it but their team (Ollie and Adam) made the process easy and hassle free and it was with me again in my next location a few hours later. It’s a bit pricey as you’d expect for same day courier but was still cheapest of the quotes I got, and worth it for peace of mind. Thanks team, really appreciate your help

   Speedy Freight claim to be insured, but during a recent delivery job they conducted for me, they smashed an iMac. After three months of repeated phone calls and emails attempting to resolve this, I have been offered £7.00 for the £1,599 computer that they smashed. I would class this as under-insured. Avoid Speedy Freight at all costs, the drivers are careless, the customer service team make no effort, and they don't properly ensure your belongings. All in all a very damaging and unpleasant company to have dealt with.
