   Not ok knowing it was my first time shipping with children as clearly stated this, my barrel was meant to be going to montego bay which i paid for extra!! Got to Jamaica to be told my barrel was in kingston with no means of travel and it wouldn’t be coming to montego bay i was ripped off from start to finish. Not to mention no kids aloud to collect barrel very stressful never again !! I need and deserve some compensation fr not impressed one bit these companies know what they are doing they are misleading and if you have never shipped a barrel before big adivce, dont! Lesson learnt.

   I have been sending barrels to St. Lucia for years, but this has by far been the best experience! The communication was absolutely fantastic—clear, professional, and timely. The team was not only professional but also friendly and polite throughout the process. I particularly appreciated the step-by-step updates and how invoices were conveniently sent via Email and WhatsApp. Barrel arrived earlier than expected. Truly outstanding service!    Please DO NOT use this company. Trust me, they are NOT honest people. From the start, although verbal, to this day they have not provided an invoice or breakdown of the huge costs that they charged me to sea freight to Jamaica. I have never shipped goods abroad before and I think they picked up on that and exploited me. It's sad because Winston seemed so friendly at the beginning when delivering and collecting my barrels. However, the due date passed for the arrival of my goods. I had to keep chasing them. Even on the day of arrival , I waited and waited. Again had to keep calling them to enquire where my goods wwereBut that was minorconpared to the extortionate costs they told me customs was charging £3850.00. I was told if I did not pay now they would keep hold of my goods and probably steal it. So I paid. But I spoke to a lawyer who asked if I obtained an invoice and a receipt for my duty paid. I did not. When asking Zan Shipping Services for this, it turned nasty. I told them that I informed my lawyer . They finally produced an invoice totally made up of ridiculous charges to justify their fees such as over a thousand pounds to repack my barrels and boxes at Jamaica Customs. Upon asking for an invoice / breakdown I was told I agreed to the costs in the beginning . So to date they still have not provided an invoice. Every step of the way it was verbal or WhatsApp or emails. I never did receive a contract. I am so angry and disappointed that this unprofessional so called company is allowed to trade in this rip off manner. When confronted they call it "slandering. We need to expose these people for who they really are. THIEVES

Great door to door service the area they took the bin almost every shipping company don’t go to that area in Kingston Jamaica, and they don’t charge you per Clark’s lol like others.

   My husband built a large crate, packed it and delivered it to ZAN Shipping. It was going to the Caribbean it arrived before the date estimated intact. No problems. Just the usual customs rigmarole. We also added to the crate the day after. Due to a delay in taking the fee, I paid twice, once ZAN Shipping was made aware it took 3 days for the refund.

   Okay I needed to come back and change my initial review. As previously stated, everyone deserves a second chance. My barrel shipment did have a bit of a delay but it was not drastic and due to Covid things get lagged a bit. I have received good customer service from Juliet and I will definitely give them more business. I look forward to sending another barrel with you guys. Thanks very much Zan Shipping...
