   Total scam! Terrible packaging and customer service! They rejected my payment for additional insurance after the shipment was made. I shipped a package internationally and received it damaged and I lost its value of £900, it was damaged due to lack of packaging. I paid nearly £600 for pickup, packaging, and additional insurance. The additional insurance was rejected for absolutely no reason, even though i told them twice that i want additional insurance BEFORE SHIPPING, and they rejected it after I told them it was damaged. So they don’t take responsibility. And I still have been waiting for their response. I lost a total of £1500 because of them. I highly recommend not to ship anything with them. Unprofessional customer service and in packaging.

   This was by far the best shipping experience I’ve had. I go back and forth, USA to UK and often have excess baggage. This time it was some of the contents of my art studio, 6 large boxes including one large painting from Somerset UK (so personal goods ) going to a residence in California. Through Shiply you get many quotes. I chose Weship Global because Mitch answered all my questions immediately via email. He walked me through filling out the customs paperwork and gave guidance when I asked, even down to the best tape to use on boxes. Delivery the other end in California was brilliant. After only 5 days via air freight everything arrived in perfect condition. I am so pleased to know I can use them again.

   I have moved my household cross continental once before, and once from NYC to LA, but this time I have received the most outstanding service from Mitch of Weship Global. From the very first contact I received very accurate and competent information, extremely responsive and super friendly. It is stressful to organize such a move, but Mitch was so helpful and answered patiently my many questions and always was thinking one step ahead, went out of his way to check on statuses, find phone numbers for me, I felt greatly supported and advised. The pick up of my belongings happened as scheduled and so did the delivery. Even once, my belongings were in the hands of DHL, Mitch was always watching out for my stuff until I was assured all boxes have arrived savely in my new home. And they did. I also appreciated very much Mitch guidance through the customs forms and insurance options. He consulted me with what is best for me and my needs, and offered me a very fair rate for the entire move. Very reliable, knowledgeable and again, very kind.
