Standa was very lovely, reassuring about how to arrange all items in van when I panicked. Asked me very good questions about amount being moved when I was not sure about size of the van and ensured it would be an enjoyable stress free move. He was highly professional, friendly and kind unlike my previous experiences with other companies. I highly recommend the company it was actually enjoyable in the end to think of moving thanks to our calls where I was re assured how we are going to proceed - he went the extra 20 miles ( in this case its literally not just a bit but beyond and above) to keep the clients comfortable and stress free :)
We moved at the end of June 2021 when everyone in the country was moving too. We had a hard time to find a removals company so it was quite a relief when Stanly confirmed straight away they were available! It was difficult to assess what vehicle we needed since he could not come around for a visit before hand. The moving day arrived and even though we had confirmed they would come at 10am they arrived at 13:30pm. This was fine with us since there were something things we had to still pack and I understand one of the drivers came back from a job in Europe the night before. Having said that, this pushed the end of the moving day till 00:00, with two kids it was definitely not fun. I asked them to leave all boxes in the same room and we sorted them out slowly the following days since it was already quite late. Once they started working they were very professional and moved most of the items quickly even though it was only two of them. Unfortunately not everything fitted inside the two big vans so we had to agree for Stanly to come around on a different day. Our buyers were quite accommodating and let us use the shed to store the remaining pieces of furniture. We were quite lucky because a job he had was cancelled and we finished with the move two days after the original one. All in all, it was good value and I really appreciate Stanly willingness to make everything work but it could have gone much worse if our buyers weren't helping us out or if we weren't as laid back. I would recommend them but I think they need to work a bit on their commitments and plan a bit better. Having said that, we are living in difficult times and also there was a rush to move at the end of June so, take this review with a pinch of salt.
Stanly Removals was a lifesaver. We had a stressful and unpredictable timeline, last minute changes and he was still flexible and accommodating. Despite a very difficult situation on his previous job that day, he didn’t give up on us and made his way up. Then he put an incredible effort to get all our stuff into his van despite our silly underestimation of how much we actually have! Although we were under time pressure, he’d still make sure all our fragile and precious wall art and plants were absolutely safe and he didn’t cut any corners to load us up safely. Same amount of effort and carefulness went into driving and unloading which we massively appreciated. I can’t recommend Stanly enough, if you ever need a man who can move you (also at very reasonable price!) and won’t stop until he’s done, Stanly is your guy!

I have ordered a van a night before because of certain circumstances and Michal was amazing! He did turn on time and provided the best services!
