   Parcel went in 2 weeks! Not going to lie was a bit of a hassle tracking the parcel down, as the flight reached Bangladesh within 3 working days, so it should’ve gotten there much quicker. Nonetheless, they managed to help by calling Bangladesh and locating the parcel. Thank you for delivering my cargo safely and efficiently. I will be using your service again InshaAllah.

   Worst service, didn't keep the promise, kept the customer uncertainty.. Goods reached after 2 months where they said it'll take 2-3 weeks. Goods were damaged . Previously they were good now they are too bad to go next time.. Very very poor and dishonest service.. Better use DHL or any other sorts of services that won't hassle the customer... Don't go there and don't put yourself and your people under pressure.

   GMG cargo arches Under the bridge. Didn’t like the service received, the men are miserable who work there! The rates is expensive whereas other places are cheaper and the goods are sent more securely. I sent 4 box and they didn’t secure them as other places do free of charge! I just didn’t like the service! Won’t be using them again for sure.

   I was pleased with the service received by Mashuk an employee of JMG who provided the box and packed the goods, taping everything up securely. But the person in the office printing the invoice wrote the wrong location (Moulv/Bazar)instead of ZINDABAZAR SYLHET so it has added more delays to my package which is sitting in Moulvibazar instead of ZINDABAZAR. I sent it on the 15th of March. Got notified by my recipient in sylhet that its ready to collect from Mbazar. I hope JMG rectify their error as soon as possible as normally they provide an excellent service.

   Have to say I have not used their service but there is a good reason why. The website clearly states that its £3.20 per KG but if you phone in or go in they tell you its different. I phoned in and was told it was £3.80 per KG. So I thought the staff must have got it wrong and stated that it's only £3.20 per KG on their website, only to be told that the website is wrong and that £3.80 is the charge and if I don't like it I can look elsewhere. As rude as that was I then asked about the discount they showed on their TV ads and how do you get it. I was told that they didn't know about any discount but the more I sent they can knock off 10p per KG. Well, at this point i told the staff thank you and that I'll be looking elsewhere as suggested. Overall: I don't know if the staff was having a bad day but that was not great customer service. I understand that the rates may charge in the service industry but I think you need to update your advertising to show customers what they are going to get.
