    This is the most useless shipping company I’ve ever encountered. I don’t understand why you would hold a perishable parcel for as long as seven months while continuously demanding money, yet failing to deliver the goods to the owner. And after all that, you finally sent damaged goods, eaten by rats, to the owner. Absolutely unacceptable!

    If I could rate them anything less than zero I would. I regret using the service of this fraudulent company. The company and its staff are fraudsters. They would take money from you and withhold your goods . I used them and for over six months since June I just got my goods. Everything has gone bad, the worse part is that they lied that the goods were intact and fraudulently avoiding our calls and even collected extra money in pounds after paying a huge amount in Nigeria. They kept the goods carelessly and it was destroyed by rats, goods worth thousands of Naira. Even if it’s the only cargo company you better run away from them . It’s better your goods stay where they are than use these bunch of lying thieves and fraudsters.

    This company is very treacherous and wicked company. Held on to a cargo sent from Nigeria since July 2024. Cargo was meant to be sent to Poland from Lagos Nigeria, they received and held on to it, exposed the cargo to rate infested storage. Rate tour through all the items. By late December 2024 after paying a fresh money for the cargo, they released a damaged cargo. Very irresponsible to customers, they never answers the phone when they should and treat customers arrogantly. The name on the cargo they messed up was chisom Paul , and I received it. I have sent their boss a certain madam Gambo the whole video with no reply. This company is a fraud. My name is Emmanuel Michael
