   I would have loved to have given 5 stars. We were looking for an agent here in the Netherlands to import our new dog. We ended up at Eagle Freight. After a pleasant telephone conversation, we decided to do business with them. We had also passed this on to the agent in South Africa. A week before our puppy was to fly, I passed on the flight number by telephone. On the day of departure, I once again telephoned Eagle Freight to check whether everything was in order. They said it was too short a day and they could not do the assignment. So I was able to arrange a different agent last minute (5 pm) while my dog ​​was already checked in, etc. This is not cool! And I am very disappointed in this. Fortunately it worked out in the end, but not thanks to Eagle Freight.
