   I wish I could give -0 Star. Extremely frustrating and Untrustworthy Service. My experience with Famose Abiodun Abiola of Famous Connect Multinational Limited Nigeria has been nothing short of frustrating. I feel completely misled. I paid for shipping to London, only to be hit with hidden charges that were never mentioned at any stage. After the goods arrived, I was told to pay a “clearance fee.” If this was required, why wasn’t it stated upfront? The shipment price is more than the shipment itself. To make matters worse, the cargo didn’t even arrive at the original location I was told. Instead, I was redirected to a random address, which caused me unnecessary stress and extra cost because I had to arrange my own transport just to collect the package. D&K Freight Services added to the frustration. I explained my situation clearly, and they claimed they would get back to me which they never did. When I called again, no one bothered to pick up. The lack of accountability is shocking. Also, no help, they have the effrontery to say a Grandma was on site to give the goods to me so no assistance would be available. This entire experience was exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. We deserve better. Nigerians can, and should do better than this. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this agent and this company. Bad!!

   Ordered something from Amazon and they were named as the courier. Parcel was supposed to arrive by 8pm tonight but I'm still sitting here and hour later with no idea when my package is coming. The company doesn't contact you saying it's going to be late I only found that out through Amazon. Right now I have no idea if or when my package will arrive. So please contact me and let me know what is going on. And in future keep your customers up to date with any developments regarding their packages that you are delivering
