   Every time I come to pick up my parcel or try to call, apparently my guy is not there and has gone to pray. No answer on the phone EVER. At least a sign would be great. And would really like to collect my parcel one day inshaAllah.

   Not professional and rude. They were not helpful and stopped me from taking my package despite providing required proof such as ID and details of shipment. They did not know how to scan the package and asked for a PIN code which also DHL confirmed I did not needed. I had to go back the day after, to take my package. When I asked them if they realized they made a mistake their only answer was: “maybe”. I will avoid it in the future at all costs.
