   I have been using WIF for a few years now since I was let down by a previous shipping company. The service has always been very good both in the UK and with their JA partners, Jamaica Trading Services in Kingston. I usually go to the wharf to collect my barrels. The general wharf experience has improved a lot over the years but it can still be quite a long and stressful experience especially when you have to organize transport and travel from long distances to Kingston. Over the years, I have gained a lot of confidence in my UK agent Mark. We had discussed the possibility of doing door to door delivery on a few occasions. I decided to go ahead and give it a try this year. The customer service from Jamaica Trading Services at Kingston Wharf was exceptional from beginning to end. Telephone calls were answered by the fifth ring at the most. The operators were helpful and courteous, which is important to me. My two barrels were cleared by customs and delivered in good time. Before delivery, The Jamaica Trading Services Delivery Coordinator, Campsia and her team kept in contact with me and gave me confidence that my barrels would arrive at my home in perfect condition. Operator Anissa, was particularly helpful. Mr Gayle, manages all of the delivery drivers and he happened to deliver my barrels himself. He assured me that door to door delivery is the best way to avoid the inevitable stress of the busy wharf. They have delivery vehicles of all size and will go to hard to reach places. I agree that being in the comfort of your own home is the best way to receive your barrels but being able to trust the company with your goods and valuables is also the best way. Thumbs up to Mark, Campsia, Anissa and Mr Gayle for working as an international team to deliver to me quickly and safely. Customer service was good. It felt like a very personalized service.    What can I say .... We did some fundraising for Jamaica hurricane relief. After seeing a post on instagram offering discounts we went ahead and used their services. They were by far the cheapest without comproming on service. We ended up sending 12 barrels plus a crate due to the amount of things we had purchased and had donated. During the last month I made several calls to the office as we were waiting for Montego Bay wharf to re-open. At all times the cutomer service was excellent giving full information on pricing and timescales. We had to deliver the barrels as it was all last minute, the service we received both in the office and warehouse staff was nothing short of excellent. A big thank you to Nydia and Mark who assisted with the admin and all the staff that made this transaction easy. We will use again in the future

You have the most competent people that are always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer feel very mush appreciated.    I used them in April of this year. They were very professional and made it easy for me to purchase the stuff I needed online to be shipped to Ghana. Container came on time and they kept communicating with me to update me on the shipment status before it got to Ghana. They delivered directly to my doorstep.    Mark Lobban handled our international shipping move from London to Trinidad in late August/September 2022. I must say that Mark and his team were very efficient, amicable and trustworthy (all very important attributes). One excellent thing Mark did was to label, itemise and invoice every single box of items in our shipment and trust me there were numerous boxes! This practice was extremely important as one of my 3 lift van sealed wooden crates was damaged/broken into by the time I arrived at the Trinidadian warehouse to collect my shipment. To make matters worse the missing inventory included multiple personal items with great sentimental value. Mark's invoice allowed me to be able to itemise EVERY MISSING ITEM and thankfully all personal items were located and returned by the Trinidadian warehouse. To end, if you need things done properly Mark Lobban/WI Freight is definitely the wise and correct choice....

   Very happy with the service provided, usually i make it a point not to give 5 starts stars to any service i retain just because there is always room for improvement but with the service that mark Anthony provided my mum Mrs Etta Berry i just couldn't fault them, very efficient with the highest level of customer service.. he's always at the end of the phone when i have any questions & as it was my mums very first shipping experience she had loads of questions lol but Mark was patient and very informative, the guys that actually did the work.. loading the 20ft shipping container work very hard and was very pleasant to deal with, would highly recommend there services especially after all our experience with all the other companies my mum was referred to, some was just down right scammers (this lady in thornton Heath who says she have a company but the company does actually exist anymore) i will definitely be retaining the service of West indies Freight again, thanks to mark & the gang you really alleviated a lot of stress off my mums head, she's now a very happy lady with all her goods handled with care & shipped with care.
