   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today while sending a parcel to Bangladesh. The staff member, Dulal, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He spoke sarcastically, constantly interrupted me, and didn’t allow customers to speak—he only wanted to hear himself talk. On top of that, I saw him openly mocking another customer in front of me. Absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, he demanded extra money to deliver my parcel to my home in Dhaka. When I initially asked, I was clearly told that home delivery was included in the quoted price. Today, he suddenly changed his story, insisting that I must collect the parcel from the Dhaka office—and then asked for extra money! This is nothing short of exploiting customers’ hard-earned money. This is disgraceful customer service, and I would strongly warn everyone not to use this service.

   I’ve never seen such an incompetent and careless company in my life. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this courier service. I sent an important parcel that was supposed to arrive in a few days — it took weeks, with no tracking updates, no phone support, and zero communication. When the package finally arrived, it was damaged and half-open, like it had been kicked around the warehouse. I tried contacting their office multiple times — no one picks up, and when they do, they act like they don’t care at all. This company should honestly be investigated for negligence. They’re giving a bad name to the entire logistics industry in Bangladesh. I’m warning everyone reading this: do not trust them with anything valuable. They don’t care about their customers or their reputation — and they clearly don’t deserve anyone’s business. Avoid this company like the plague!

   0 stars, not 1 should be an option. I’ve just come back from the JMG cargo office in Fordham Street. I went into the office as an important package of mine had been sent containing my daughters powder baby milk, wipes, nappies and some other things which is now apparently stuck in customs as baby milk and baby wipes are not allowed. (I have been informed by DHL) Before I sent the packages, I clearly and repeatedly asked if the baby milk would be allowed as I’m flying out and do not want to be without my babies essentials. JMG insisted it’s okay and happily accepted my money! I went into the office to chase up where my package was and I have been verbally abused by the ‘manager’. This man insisted on continuing the unrelated conversation I was having with the lady that was trying to help me. I told him to let me finish the conversation and a barrage of abuse and shouting was thrown at me by the man in front of my 9 month old! The other men in the office kept telling me to leave it as the ‘manager’ is stressed because of another shipment. Not sure how that is a paying customers problem. He was gloating about how much money he makes and that I should leave the office. I’m actually disgusted and gobsmacked at this level of service. Please stay away from this company. Read the google reviews. They are awful through and through. How dare a grown man shout at a woman in front of a baby. On top of that my package hasn’t been delivered and no where to be found.

   These guys are pure daylight robbery. I paid £900 in cargo, they told me my cargo will go in 7 days to Moulivibazer but they didnt even release my items till a week later in UK after taking my money. It cargo took 3.5 weeks to arrive in Bangladesh after involving so many of my contacts who knows the owner and his family in Uk and Bangladesh. Monir has the worst customer service ever and such business shouldn’t even run with disgusting customer service. He was prssent during my packing of my boxes and caused extreme discomfort. My final cargo arrived the day before I came back to the Uk. This company owes me compensation and I will take action against this!

   Don't deserve a rating bunch of idiots who never pick up and always make excuses. I sent 4 packages to be sent to Bangladesh in June and its still sitting in their warehouse in London, everyweek they give the same old excuse of customs issue whereas when i called other cargo agency they had packages cleared in 3 weeks and delivered. If i had known earlier wouldnt have sent it with these scammers. Never to be trusted again.

   Number one Fraud Service in entire London. They lost my 4 Lac BDT worth package . Then for not compensating the amount they made an excuse and said They didn’t receive it . Manager Enam is the most irresponsible guy and Fraud guy. Allah will punish this fraud company for sure .

   This place is a scam. My package has been missing for over a month now. The original wait time was 2 weeks. I called numerous times, and their response was "wait tomorrow.." biggest scam ever. Don't trust these people. Contact me for more information, I will provide you with all the details

   I wanted to send luggage they told open the box and list the item infront of them but my luggage was well packed andvi told them inside only food. They start ignoring. Staff are very rude always. I will never send anything via this cargo. Please try to provide good customer service. If you can't please shut down your service. If there is way i could give them 0
